lewat registry editor. biar mudah nanti saya kirimkan registrynya.
mungkin MS wordnya harus instal ulang. coba tulis di software yang lebih ringan semacam wordpad atau notepad. kalau masih stop working, berarti kesalahan di njstarnya.
